Ingredients: |
½ pound white rice
1 bag of frozen vegetables
1 MUSTARD DRESSING
Roasted bell pepper

Preparation: |
Cook the white rice. Thaw vegetables. Add vegetables and MUSTARD DRESSING to cooked, hot rice. Mix and place in a greased (olive oil) mold. Press rice until compact. Allow rice to cool and remove from mold. Top with roasted bell peppe .
Roasted bell pepper
Place bell pepper on burner turning ofter until black and blistered. Place in a closed plastic bag closed until it cools down. Remove from bag and peel. Do not wash or discard juice. Remove the seeds and cut in julienne. Add some salt, olive oil and vinegar.
