Bacon and Cheese Rolls
Basic ingredient Mango dressing

Ingredients: 
450 grams bacon
1000 grams mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons dry oregano
3 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
10 tablespoons VILLY NATURAL DRESSING
½ cup VILLYMANGO DRESSING
1 red leaf lettuce
1 curly lettuce
Preparation:
Dice mozzarella cheese, wrap with a bacon strip and secure it with a wooden pick. Mix NATURAL DRESSING, parsley, and powdered oregano and pour on rolls. Marinate 4 hours. Remove rolls from marinade and roast in oven 7 to 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

Wash and dry lettuce; shred and place in a big plate. Remove wooden picks from rolls and arrange on lettuce. Serve with VILLY MANGO DRESSING.
