Glazed Tuna Hamburgers
Basic ingredient Garlic Jam

Ingredients: 
1 cup tamarind juice
1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
6 tablespoons GARLIC JAM
3 tablespoons CORIANDER DRESSING
11/2 pound ground milled tuna filets
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Combine the tamarind juice, ginger, soy sauce and GARLIC JAM in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Lower heat and reduce sauce volume, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and add CORIANDER DRESSING. Shape burger patties adding salt and pepper. Refrigerate 30 minutes ( they should ve very cold to keep their shape when being roasted). Brush hamburgers with tamarind sauce. Roast the hamburgers on medium heat for approximately 8 minutes. Frequently baste hamburgers. Serve with an appetizing salad.
