Apples and Mushrooms Paté
Basic ingredient Garlic Jam

Ingredients: 
1 pound paté
500 grams fresh mushrooms
3 green apples
250 gr VILLY GARLIC JAM
1 tablespoon crushed pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt
250 gr VILLY GARLIC JAM
Preparation:
Wash and chop the mushrooms. Wash, peel and chop apples. Pour oil in pan and warm at high heat; sauté mushrooms, add apples, salt, crushed pepper and 4 tablespoons of VILLY GARLIC JAM. Cook on high heat until mushroom juice dries and apples are caramelized. a Cover bottom of a gelatin mold with glad wrap . Then spread paté on bottom and sides of mold. Stuff with the apple and mushrooms. Cover with a layer of paté. To make this layer place paté between two sheets of plastic wrap. Flatten with a rolling pin. Place mold in refrigerator until it sets. Unmold and place on a flat plate. Decorate with curly parsley and top with the remaining VILLY GARLIC JAM.
