Tarragon Bread with Onion Jam

| Ingredients: |
1 loaf of bread or any big whole soft bread
1 cup double cream
½ cup dry tarragon
1 tablespoon salt
½ botle of VILLY ONION JAM
½ pound mozarella cheese

| Preparation: |

Make some holes on sides of bread ( bread should be 4 days old). Mix cream, salt and tarragon. Cut cheese into 1 cm. rectangles. Pour some cream and some ONION JAM in each hole. Dip cheese in the cream and insert in each hole. Cover hole with more cream and Jam. Pour cream and Jam over the bread. Wrap bread in aluminum foil and place in 350F oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
