Cheese with sesame and almond
Basic ingredient Onion Jam

Ingredients: 
1/2 cup cut almonds
7 tablespoon sesame seeds
250 grs. cream cheese
4 tablespoons parmensan cheese
4 tablespoons dehydrated onion
3/4 cup ONION or BELL PEPPER JAM
Preparation:
Brown almonds in a heated oven to 350F (180C), about 10 minutes. Toast sesame in a pan over medium heat until golden. Allow to cool. Mix the cream cheese, parmensan cheese, onion and sesame seeds. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Arrange on a plate as a circle, crush the almonds and cover cheese with them. Serve with the ONION or BELL PEPPER JAM.
