Ingredients: |
1/2 pound tender loin or top loin, cubes
1/2 pound prawns
1/2 pound sea bass in pieces
Salt and pepper
6 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1/4 cup MANGO DRESSING
1/4 cup CILANTRO DRESSING
1/4 cup MUSTARD DRESSING
1/4 cup FRENCH DRESSING
1/4 cup Dressing
Vegetable Oil

Preparation: |
Crush and lightly sauté garlic in a buttered skillet, about 3 minutes; add the lemon juice and the remaining butter. Place this and other Dressings in small contaniers. Salt and pepper meat, prawns and bass. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice. Arrange meats on a tray. Pour vegetable oil in a fondue pot and heat. Serve with dressings and garlic butter.
