Coriander dressing

Ingredients: |
1 big avocado or 2 small avocados, peeled and thinly sliced
2 ears roasted corn
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup CORIANDER DRESSING
1/2 cup sour cream or double cream
Salt

Preparation: |
Cut kernels from corn. Mix with the rest of the ingredients. Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips or platains chips. The corn can be cooked and then roasted until golden or, the kernels can be cut. It is best if the corn is roasted on charcoal.
