Chicken Breasts with Curry Glaze
Basic ingredient Onion Jam

Ingredients: 
1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon white pepper
4 chicken breasts, boneless
3 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup olive oil
˝ cup sliced onions
1 1/2 tablespoons curry chicken
2 chicken bouillon cubes
˝ cup of VILLY ONION JAM
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 F (205 C). Mix flour, salt, and pepper. On medium heat warm butter. Brown both sides of breasts. Place chicken on a baking pan and place in oven for 15 min. Meanwhile, heat oil and lightly sauté onions for 5 min. stirring, add the remaining flour and cook for 3 min. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Cook at low heat for 15 min. to make a glaze. Cover chicken with sauce and return tp oven for another 5 minutes.
