Ingredients: |
2 avocados
1 white onion
1 tablespoon chopped chives
60 gr parmensan cheese
1/2 cup pinenuts or almonds
1 tablespoon orange peel
1/2 cup NATURAL DRESSING

Preparation: |
Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Mix orange peel and NATURAL DRESSING; add the onion. Wash avocados and cut them in half; remove the seed. With the skin on, cut into thin slices with a sharp knife. Place on plates and remove skin. Top with onion and NATURAL DRESSING. Roast pinenuts or almonds in an oil-less pan. Thinly slice parmensan cheese (with a grater). Top avocados with pinenuts, cheese and chives. Serve with a green salad.
