| Ingredients: |
1 cup melon balls
1/2 pound of raw prosciutto
1/2 head of lettuce
1/2 cup MANGO DRESSING
|
| Preparation: |
|
Cut lettuce into bite-size pieces; place on a flat dish. Make prosciutto rolls. To serve, place prosciutto rolls and melon on lettuce. Serve with the MANGO DRESSING
