Chicken a la Jackie

| Ingredients: |
1 chicken
1 onion soup mix
1/2 jar of ONION or GARLIC JAM
Aluminum foil

| Preparation: |
Wash the chicken and place in a baking dish. Add half of the onion soup mix and half ONION or GARLIC JAM and rub it. Turn chicken over and rub the other side. Wrap the chicken in aluminum foil and roast in the oven at 350F for 1 hour. Remove foil and reserve juices. Place chicken back in oven until brown. Serve with the reserved sauce.
For best results prepare chicken in advance. This recipe can be used with pork loin or beef tenderloin.
