Pasta Salad with Broccoli

Coriander dressing

Ingredients: |
1/2 pound short pasta
11/2 pound broccoli
3 white onions
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup pinenuts
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
11/2 cup CORIANDER DRESSING

Preparation: |
Cut the onion in slices and fry until tender. Add the raisins to soften. Wash broccoli and cut in small pieces. Sauté with onions and raisins until bright green and crispy. Sauté pinenuts separately. Cook pasta following manufacturer's instructions. Toss pasta whilel hot with the lightly fried broccoli, pinenuts and the CORIANDER DRESSING. Serve at room temperature.
