Ingredients: |
4 tablespoons CORIANDER DRESSING.
1 teaspoon fresh and crushed rosemary.
¼ teaspoon chili flakes.
¼ teaspoon paprika.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
4 mashed garlic cloves.
4 boneless chicken breasts.
2 teaspoons oil.

Preparation: |
Mix the CORIANDER DRESSING, rosemary, chili flakes, paprika, pepper, garlic, and salt. Cover breasts with the sauce, refrigerate and marinate for one hour. Remove breasts from the sauce and cook in a pan for 5 minutes each side until golden and well cooked. Warm the marinade in the same pan and add it to the chicken.
