Sesame – Crusted Salmon with Passion Fruit Sauce
Basic ingredient Passion Fruit Dressing
 
 
Ingredients: 
2 pounds skinless salmon* fillet cut in 3/4 –inch cubes
10 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 cup Villy Passion Fruit Dressing

Sauce

1 cup Villy Passion Fruit Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ teaspoon orange peel
Preparation:
Mix all the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl to blend well. Season the Passion Fruit sauce to taste with salt. Marinate the salmon in Villy Passion Fruit Dressing for 3 hours in the refrigerator. Toast half of the sesame seeds. Place all the seeds on a small plate with fresh crushed pepper.
Coat one surface of each salmon piece with the sesame seeds. Arrange salmon, sesame coated side up, in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Preheat oven to 400F. Bake salmon uncovered until just cooked through about 5 minutes; transfer to platter. Serve warm with passion fruit sauce.
*Tuna will also work well in this recipe.
