Marinated Beef Tenderloin
Basic ingredient Garlic Jam

Ingredients: 
1 pound tenderloin or pork loin
¼ cup olive oil
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 grated onion
2 tablespoon GARLIC JAM
black pepper
Preparation:
Rub the loin with pepper. Separately mix oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, onion and JAM; pour on loin. Cover and refrigerate, turning occasionally, at least 3 hours. Remove from the sauce and roast in the oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Separately, heat marinade. Carve loin and pour sauce over it. Serve with rice or oven baked potatoes.
