2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup ONION JAM
1 tablespoon mustard
3 cups carrots, sliced
1 tablespoons chopped parsley
Salt and pepper

| Preparation: |

Melt the butter, add the ONION JAM, mustard and salt. Add the carrots, stirring constantly cooking carrots about 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
