Chicken-Bacon Roll Salad

Ingredients: |
450 grams bacon
2 packages, boneless chicken breasts
¾ cup VILLY NATURAL DRESSING
1 cup VILLY MANGO DRESSING
1 tablespoon dry thyme
1 tablespoon dry oregano
1 spinach bunch
1 lettuce
Salt

Preparation: |
Dice chicken and salt. Wrap in a bacon strip and secure with a wooden pick. Place chicken in a container, add the NATURAL DRESSING, thyme and oregano. Marinate 3 hours or more in refrigerator.
Remove chicken from marinade and place in a baking dish. Cook 15 minutes in 350F oven or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done.
Tear lettuce and spinach in pieces, place in a dish; add chicken rolls and bacon. Serve with MANGO DRESSING.
