Chicken hamburgers with brie and glazed apples

| Ingredients: |
2 pounds ground chicken
1/4 cup MUSTARD DRESSING
1 grated onion
salt and pepper
4 squares brie cheese, 2 cm thick
2 green apples
4 tablespoons ONION JAM
1/2 teaspoonful butter

| Preparation: |

Cook chicken with MUSTARD DRESSING, onion, salt and pepper. Make 4 hamburger patties, make a small hole in each one and insert a square of brie. Cover the cheese with hamburger. In a thick pan, previously oiled, roast hamburgers, about 4 minutes on each side. Peel the apples and cut in thin slices. Sauté in butter 2 minutes,;add JAM and cook them until glazed, about 5 min. Serve the hamburguers topped with the glazed apples.
