Ingredients: |
3 boneless chicken breasts
½ cup MUSTARD DRESSING
3 heads Roman lettuce
2 green apples, peeled and diced
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons sherry
3 tablespoons toasted almonds
1½ cup sugarless yogurt
¾ cup VILLY NATURAL DRESSING
1 teaspoonful curry
1½ tablespoons ginger, finely chopped

Preparation: |
Season chicken with the Mustard Seasoning, salt and pepper. Place raisins in sherry to hydrate. Roast chicken breasts and cut in strips. Combine yogurt, NATURAL DRESSING, curry and ginger. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces and place on a plate; top with chicken, apples, almonds, drained raisins. Pour dressing.
