Yucca and Cilantro Salad
Basic ingredient Coriander dressing

Ingredients:
1/2 pound of yucca 2 white onions 1 cup CORIANDER DRESSING
Preparation:
Cut the onion in thin slices. Marinate in the CORIANDER DRESSING for 3 hours. Cook the yucca. While yucca is still hot, pour the onion and the CORIANDER DRESSING over it. Serve at room temperature.
