Yucca and Cilantro Salad

Coriander dressing

Ingredients: |
1/2 pound of yucca
2 white onions
1 cup CORIANDER DRESSING
|
Preparation: |
Cut the onion in thin slices. Marinate in the CORIANDER DRESSING for 3 hours. Cook the yucca. While yucca is still hot, pour the onion and the CORIANDER DRESSING over it. Serve at room temperature.
