Artichoke and Apple Carpaccio
Basic ingredient Natural dressing

4 Servings
Ingredients: 
4 artichokes
2 green apples, thinly sliced
10 mushrooms, fresh, sliced
½ cup parmensan cheese, grated or sliced
½ cup VILLY NATURAL DRESSING
Fresh basil or arugula to garnish
The juice of 2 oranges
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Preparation:
Cook the artichokes and remove the dark green leaves. Separate the tender leaves from center, clean the heart and slice thinly. On a plate layer artichokes and the heart. Top with the mushrooms and apples. Sprinkle with parmensan cheese and decorate with arugula or chopped basil. Mix VILLY NATURAL DRESSING, orange juice and sugar and pour over carpaccio.
